Identify 3D model requirements:
-Conducting an analysis of existing models (format, completeness, etc.) and working with the design office to retrieve the missing models
1. Creation
of a process for producing 3D assembly drawings:
-Define the different steps of the process (definition, measurement, analysis, implementation and control)
-Define the necessary resources
2. Define a deployment
plan in the form of a Gantt :
-Scope (which production lines, which products)
-Overall factory deployment time and for each scope
-Determine the resources required
-Determine the associated costs (R.O.I)
3. create a training module for the people in charge of the deployment in their perimeter
4. manage the deployment of the 3D assembly plans in the factory in accordance with the
established plan.
Pre-requisite: knowledge of CAD software Catia, 3D via composing.
